If you are a distributor and need to request a warranty analysis for a Braslux product, please follow the procedure below to ensure fast and efficient service:

Important

1. The product must be within the warranty period.

2. The analysis will be carried out according to Braslux’s technical criteria.

3. Products showing signs of misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications will have the warranty denied.

Legal Information

Braslux offers a 3-month warranty (legal period, according to the Consumer Protection Code), plus an additional 9-month warranty, counted from the date of the purchase invoice. The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the invoice and after a technical analysis of the product.

Complaints regarding product damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery or receipt.

If the product is not inspected at the time of receipt and the 2-day period expires, the complaint will not be covered by Braslux’s warranty policy.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, product modifications, natural wear, or accidents.

Clients in the industrial segment or manufacturers who purchased products directly from Braslux should contact our technical team for specialized support.

If you purchased a Braslux product from a distributor, store, or workshop, please contact the place where the purchase was made. They will be responsible for forwarding your request to our team.

*Remember to have the invoice, product photos, and/or the item with the possible defect on hand.
